The incarnation provided the platform for the inauguration of Father’s Kingdom by Jesus.
Hence Galloway posits:
“Only the god who proves himself master over all is true. This does not mean that God could not be God apart from the existence of finite beings, for God certainly can do without anyone or anything else. It does mean that, if there are finite beings, then to have power over them is intrinsic to God’s nature. The deity of God is His rule” – Contemporary Religious Thinkers, 1973, p. 55
Join us this Sunday for: I and the Father are One (John 10:30), as we examine the effect of the incarnation, particularly Jesus’ teachings, on the world, especially the West. And what it means for us, as we build for the future.
