If you are an EU citizen you have probably already heard that on 25 May 2018 a new European privacy law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), comes into force.
It is meant to strengthen your rights when your personal data is being processed (collected, stored, transferred etc).
Healingsprings fellowship (Hf) is committed to complying with EU data protection regulations, as such we want to provide our audiences with a number of important assurances.
What we are doing in response to this development:
- We will keep your data within Hf and our trusted third parties except where disclosure is required by law (e.g. government bodies and law enforcement agencies).
Hf has and will maintain technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your data.
Hf will process your data only for legitimate purposes.
Hf will follow your instructions regarding storage and processing of your data. More importantly, you can withdraw your consent to receive information about Hf at any time.
You have the right to request that Hf erases your personal data, especially if the personal data is no longer necessary for the original purpose of processing your information.
In the event of a security incident, Hf will notify you without delay after becoming aware of the incident and next steps to protect your data.
