This Sunday at Healingsprings fellowship: Overview of Critical Journey | Part 3

Critical Journey is the product of a beautiful piece of work by Janet Hagberg and Robert Guelich. It is an attempt to articulate the key stages in the life of faith.

Over the last two weeks, I presented an overview of the topic, then went on to run a test of the hypothesis on none other than the father of faith himself; Abraham. We explored his: recognition of God (stage 1); discipleship (stage 2); productive life (stage 3); journey inward (stage 4); and Wall.

This Sunday I will do a quick recap, then consolidate the life of Abraham in light of the journey outward (stage 5); and his life of love (stage 6).

From next week we will work through the 6 Stages: exploring, evaluating, challenging, reflecting, learning; drawing strength from the bible, and each other’s experiences as we journey through life. To that end The Critical Journey will run as a seven part series, over seven Sundays.

So why not drop-by for a life-changing experience? This 90 mins might end up being a catalyst for some awesome things.

Our Big Sunday Celebration can be best described as a community Christian festival. So in the spirit of thanksgiving, together we: sing, pray, give, celebrate life, discuss current affairs, present thoughts from Biblical themes, and encourage one another; like one big family!
