Our Big Sunday Celebration can be best described as a community Christian festival. So in the spirit of thanksgiving, together we: sing, pray, give, celebrate life, discuss current affairs, present thoughts from Biblical themes, and encourage one another; like one big family!
While most invest in bonds, stocks, shares, commodities, minerals etc., our God invests in people.
For God so love the world that He traded His only begotten son for our salvation
(John 3:16)
With this in mind, this Sunday’s lecture is entitled: ‘Godly Offsprings’
For if we invest in material things dear friends, our rewards are guaranteed in this life. But when we invest in the souls of humanity, we plant seeds of eternal value.
In the book of Acts, Luke encapsulates this concept beautifully with these words,
How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with Him
(Acts 10:38)
So why not drop-in for a life-changing experience? This 90 mins might end up being a catalyst for some awesome things.
