He shall see the labor of His soul, and be satisfied. By His knowledge My righteous Servant shall justify many, for He shall bear their iniquities.
Good morning friends. Satisfaction comes from a place accomplishment. In fact, the harder the challenge, the sweeter the satisfaction. With that in mind, Jesus’ ministry was not in vain. His birth, life, death and resurrection was designed for our justification through faith in Him. This scripture and context bears so much resonance with a statement from the creation story. The bible records that:
…God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
We are called to walk while in our mortal vessels, in faith and patience, so we can enter into God’s rest. Therefore, we scatter the seeds on good grounds, we water consistently, then we wait patiently for the harvest.
Satisfaction dear friends, can be defined as the payment of a debt or fulfilment of an obligation or claim. So, as we embark on another week’s toil, I pray that you find satisfaction, and fulfilment, and that you prosper in all your endeavours even as your soul prospers.
