And now, finally, God answered Job from the eye of a violent storm. He said:
Why do you confuse the issue?
Why do you talk without knowing what you’re talking about?
Pull yourself together, Job!
Up on your feet! Stand tall!
I have some questions for you,
and I want some straight answers.
Where were you when I created the earth?
In this beautiful dialogue between God and Job, we are given a snippet of the awesomeness of the universe by none other than the Creator himself.
Humankind at best still lacks basic understanding of their being, let alone the planet, the universe or galaxy. The science community is in turmoil over theories and hypothesis, each flank holding dearly to their school of thought with no desire to move for negotiations. The battle for funding compelling them to exaggerate their theories and hypothesis – and in worst cases massage their figures to fit the plan.
This message was further strengthened thousands of years later through the prophet Isaiah in these words;
“I don’t think the way you think.
The way you work isn’t the way I work.”
God’s Decree.
“For as the sky soars high above earth,
so the way I work surpasses the way you work,
and the way I think is beyond the way you think.
Just as rain and snow descend from the skies
and don’t go back until they’ve watered the earth,
Doing their work of making things grow and blossom,
producing seed for farmers and food for the hungry,
So will the words that come out of my mouth
not come back empty-handed.
They’ll do the work I sent them to do,
they’ll complete the assignment I gave them.
I don’t play God or claim to know all, I’m only a messenger. I know my place in the grand scheme of things, so I bow down in worship and reverence of His Awesomeness. Saying, Lord have mercy on me!
