For clarity Me and Microwave denotes Self Indulgence and Speed of Access. In other words, we are becoming increasingly self centred and impatient.
These are characteristics that children exhibit naturally, so like children we love our toys and amusement. As a result, we have arrived at this cycle of lust for money in order to maintain our insatiable appetite for more and more.
Millennia ago, king Solomon presciently said:
Whoever loves money never has money enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with his income.
When Mikhail Kalashnikov (the brain behind the most versatile assault rifle ever created) was asked why he never sought patent for his invention, the rugged fella boldly attested:
At that time in our country patenting inventions wasn’t an issue. We worked for Socialist society, for the good of the people, which I never regret
