People Power…
At a networking event last night, I noticed a cross cutting theme with all the presenters. They all used the knowledge, skills and experience of their management team to strengthen investors confidence.
This is not new. In biblical times, talent acquisition was partly responsible for the success of great dynasties. They had programmes for identifying, training, educating and sometimes fast-tracking these individuals into key roles within their government.
Hence we saw the rise of Joseph, Daniel, Ezra, Nehemiah, and the beautiful and irreproachable Queen Esther. These all came into prominence by divine providence, owing to their unique skills and talents.
