I read an article recently about CEOs that had opportunities to see firsthand the impact of issues like; global warming, poverty, HIV AIDS… It was life-transforming and inspiring! Perhaps, instead of another Christmas party, we volunteer at a local hospice, spend a day in a senior citizens home…
And along with that Direct Debit or coin drop, we reach-out, touch, listen and pray with someone.
We seem to have outsourced support for the disadvantaged to the state and charities.
