From trivial matters like what to wear to the next Christmas do, to Christmas presents. From lofty challenges like how to revive the economy, to growing old and even death, we worry.
This disease knows not class or background; the rich worry about the security of their wealth and legacy, the poor worry about not having either.
Friends, even though we profess to be Free and Open in recent times, data shows that we are facing a worry pandemic. Why is this the case?
Perhaps its because we are busy chasing shadows, at the expense of the true essence of our being.
