From antiquity we find an account of man’s attempt to build the first skyscraper. A global project involving the best brains, tools, machinery and manpower of that age. Most of all, they spoke the same language.
However their motive was not right, heaven had to intervene. The strategy was simple and effective, “Confuse their language”. Once this was achieved, it led to disarray, and it all came to a halt.
