Spiritual Intelligence: Damascene Conversion

Damascene Conversation… Derived from Saul of Tarsus’ supernatural experience on his journey to Damascus.

His account and that of the party he was leading testify to suddenly seeing a light brighter than the sun, then a loud voice from the skies. Following this, he lost his sight and they were forced to abandon their mission.

He ate nothing for 3days and night, then a certain Ananias visited him. This visit led to restoration of his sight, change of name and conversion to Christianity.

Wow…! Hence the term is defined as a sudden and complete change in one’s beliefs.
